I will spend the first session assessing your health and fitness and setting some goals. Goal setting is one of the most important parts of making a life change. They are the building blocks to success.


The one to one training sessions will be progressive and will incorporate a variety of training methods, including using bodyweight, equipment and interval training.


There is much confusion concerning nutrition and healthy eating. I am able to advise and help you adjust and fine tune your diet to assist in weight loss goals. I do not believe in fad dieting of any sort and can explain some of the myths of so called ‘healthy eating’.

What happens next?
To begin with, we will arrange a meeting to discuss your requirements and also chat about what I offer in order to help you achieve your goals. Then, if you decide that you wish to go ahead we will book your sessions to suit you. I recommend having at least 10 sessions as any less and you won't get the results you are looking for!
