Challenge 180

Challenge 180 is like a bootcamp, but bigger and better. These bootcamp-style outdoor training sessions will aid you in your fitness and weight loss goals without being shouted at. The sessions include bodyweight, boxing and equipment training.

What you get
From 1 to 3 one hour sessions per week depending on your preference (Bands 1-3)
Two time options to fit around your daily diary
Each session lasts for an hour
A variety of training methods
