I am passionate about fitness, health and nutrition. It’s not just my job, but my way of life. I eat, sleep and live fitness and I am lucky enough to teach as well. I run private and group bootcamps and fitness sessions in Bath, Somerset.
I wasn’t always so lucky as for nearly 30 years I worked in an office as a PA. I made the leap into the fitness industry in 2008 by becoming a personal trainer and fitness instructor. Since then I have been honing my skills and knowledge in order to offer the level of instruction and advice I personally would expect from someone in my industry.
I have always had a keen interest in sport and fitness and for many years I trained as a sprinter, competing in 100m, 200m and relay teams across the North East of England. This then led on to becoming an Assistant Club Coach. As well as athletics I participated in rock climbing and hill walking; judo, road running and half marathons; hockey, aerobics and gym work to name a few.
Now I am a member of REPs (Register of Exercise Professionals) and I continue to develop my fitness, nutrition and teaching skills and qualifications.
